Roll up your sleeves for an evening of hands-on pasta making with Cheese Central Founder Cindy Della Monica —a woman who knows her way around a potato, a pinch of flour, and a whole lot of flavor. In this intimate workshop Cindy will guide guests through the art of crafting pillowy, melt-in-your-mouth gnocchi from scratch. You’ll mix, roll, cut and shape your own batch while learning Cindy’s favorite tips for achieving that perfect tender bite. And because this is a cheese-loving kitchen, we’ll pair fresh gnocchi with rich, cheesy sauces and seasonal accompaniments that make every forkful feel like a warm hug.
