Service Description

Spend an afternoon making bread with a Michelin Star Chef! In this relaxed hands-on class you will learn how to make focaccia, then how to turn it into an edible canvas using herbs, vegetables, cheese and olive oil to create beautiful designs. While your focaccia rests, we will make Italian flatbreads that we will cook on the spot and enjoy with a selection of our delicious cheeses, charcuterie and olive oils. No experience needed, just come ready to create, snack, sip and have fun!
