Service Description

Join us for a hands‑on cooking experience featuring one signature recipe from our cookbook: a bold, flavorful Shrimp Creole. In this class, you’ll learn essential techniques, including building a rich sauce, deglazing with white wine, caramelizing onions and bell peppers, and preparing a fresh shrimp stock. Participants will take part in the stock‑making process for an interactive learning experience. Recipe and two of Dreux Boys’ seasoning included. Includes a wine pairing (1 glass per guest)
